Summary: The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of adoption and change management principles, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. This role will create actionable deliverables to measure change adoption, help implement and lead change initiatives, and connect multiple stakeholder groups across multiple projects to track open action items to closure. This role requires someone who is a self-starter who works well in an ambiguous environment, has excellent problem-solving skills, great follow-through, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholder groups. This role will be reported directly to the Organizational Change Management Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Support:
- Apply change management principles to create deliverables that track metrics, monitor progress, and standardize processes.
- Develop and execute communication plans, including newsletters, presentations, and surveys.
Project Management:
- Track and complete tasks using project management best practices.
- Drive closure of change management tasks by coordinating meetings, training, and follow-ups.
Collaboration & Analysis:
- Partner with stakeholders to assess change impacts and analyze metrics for user adoption.
Documentation & Training:
- Maintain team knowledge by developing standard documentation and training materials.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Communications, or related fields with 3+ years in change/project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and JIRA and experience in user training programs; SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Flexible, organized, has strong communication and collaboration abilities, and is adept in fast-paced environments.
- Preferred: Change/project management certification and experience with system integration projects.
